However, the following disclaimers apply to all services performed and information provided through our website (www.skinnerautoglass.com), marketing materials, and in-person services.

1. Repair Limitations

  • Windshield repairs are intended to stop further cracking and restore structural integrity. They do not always restore optical clarity, and the repaired area may remain visible.

  • Small cracks or chips may expand despite proper repair due to pre-existing conditions, vehicle stress, or environmental factors.

2. Warranty Scope

  • Our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original glass repaired or replaced by Skinner Auto Glass, LLC, subject to the terms published at www.skinnerautoglass.com/warranty.

  • The warranty does not cover new or unrelated damage (such as additional rock chips, cracks, or impacts) after the original service.

3. ADAS Calibration

  • Some vehicles require Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration after a windshield replacement.

  • Skinner Auto Glass, LLC does not perform calibrations. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete calibration with a certified provider as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Failure to recalibrate may impair the operation of safety features.

4. Vehicle Condition

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, corrosion, or structural issues that may affect the outcome of a repair or replacement.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by weather, accidents, vandalism, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control.
