  • All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, weather, and vehicle type.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • We accept the following forms of payment:

    • Cash

    • Credit and debit cards

    • Checks

    • Venmo (business payments only)

    • Online invoices sent via email (processed securely through our payment system)

  • Insurance billing is subject to third-party administrator (TPA) approval. Customers remain responsible for any portion of the invoice not covered by insurance.

4. Warranty

  • Our services are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, available at www.skinnerautoglass.com/warranty.

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original glass repaired or replaced by Skinner Auto Glass, LLC and is subject to the terms and exclusions described in the warranty policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at www.skinnerautoglass.com/refund-policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Skinner Auto Glass, LLC is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage, rust, or corrosion that affects the outcome of a repair or installation.

    • New damage (such as rock chips, cracks, or impacts) occurring after our service.

    • Manufacturer-required Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations not performed by us. Customers are responsible for completing calibration with a certified provider when required.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the original service provided.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Skinner Auto Glass, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked sites.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
