Warranty coverage applies only to the original glass repaired or replaced by Skinner Auto Glass, LLC and is subject to the terms and exclusions described in the warranty policy.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us in advance.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skinner Auto Glass, LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, rust, or corrosion that affects the outcome of a repair or installation.

New damage (such as rock chips, cracks, or impacts) occurring after our service.

Manufacturer-required Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations not performed by us. Customers are responsible for completing calibration with a certified provider when required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the original service provided.
