Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Skinner Auto Glass, LLC, we value your time and ours. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Advance Notice: Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of service may be subject to a service fee to cover travel, scheduling, and lost appointment time.

  • No-Shows: If a customer is not present at the scheduled service location and does not notify us, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of up to the full service cost.

2. Refunds

  • Repairs: If a repair fails under warranty, we will attempt a re-repair at no cost. If unsuccessful, the repair cost will be credited toward a full replacement performed by Skinner Auto Glass, LLC. No cash refunds are provided for completed repairs.

  • Replacements: If a replacement is defective due to materials or workmanship, we will correct the issue under our Limited Lifetime Warranty (see www.skinnerautoglass.com/warranty). Refunds are not issued once the replacement service has been completed.

  • Deposits or Prepayments: Any deposits collected in advance are refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

3. Insurance Jobs

  • For services billed through insurance, the customer is responsible for any charges not covered or denied by the insurance company or third-party administrator (TPA).

  • Refunds or credits cannot be issued until insurance billing is fully processed.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or waivers of fees may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Severe weather or unsafe conditions preventing service.

  • Emergencies or circumstances beyond the customer’s control.
